•  Pre-Inspection: I will walk though with you listening to your concerns while identifying soiling conditions and advising you of potential permanent stains and/or discolorations.

•  Pre-Vacuum: Your carpet will be thoroughly vacummed using a commercial vacumm cleaner. This often has the biggest impact on the whole cleaning process and is an essential part of the cleaning system.

•  Safely Move & Reset Furniture: I will provide moving of your furniture if you wish. Your Furniture will be carefully moved using appropriate furniture "glides" not to damage the items moved or the carpet pile. After cleaning, your furniture will be reset in position and protective blocks or tabs will be placed under furniture legs to prevent any type of furniture staining.

•  Pre-Spot & Pre-Condition: Spots & traffic areas are pre-treated for more effective spot and soil removal.

•  Pre-Grooming: A carpet groomer is used to evenly distibute the pre-conditioner & suspend embedded soils into the cleaning solution.

•  Rinse & Extract: The suspended soils & cleaning solution will be flushed from the carpet pile using our State-of-the-art Truck mounted hot water extraction (STEAM CLEANING) system.

•  Neutralize: All cleaning detergents leave some sticky residue behind that cause premature re-soiling. Your carpet will be pH balanced with a fiber rinse neutralizing the cleaning solution leaving no sticky residue behind.

•  Post Spotting: Spots that are not removed during the cleaning process will be treated using special spotting techniques. Permanent stains & discolorations identified during pre-inspection may not be removed.

•  Speed Dry: Air movers (fans) are placed on your carpet after cleaning to accelerate dry time.

•  Post Groom: Your carpet is groomed to set the pile in the upright position, reduce dry time and for visual appeal.

•  Post Inspection: Depending on your availability, I will do a final walk through with you for your final approval.
